"We'll soon become
Creations new
We pray sweet Muses
your eyes to shine
to fret not "Time!"
to hear our prayer...

Gift passage,
for your Words to flow
Inside
Sea Breezes sweet, Air Fresh with Love
Night Creatures swarm-ed
from Circles Old
to Dance upon my Stories here
on new Live feet,
electrified fingers who move with our Minds
Once again...

Auburn

"Autumn Leaves"
My memory, your harmony,..
********
I intone your Song,  your Song, Your Song
Your Voice soothes monsters, mad in my mind !
You slay their constant hold on me

Your auburn hair shines
September's Sun; a
gold  rouged  Mountain  you rake for me
"Play, kids,  jump. jump. jump!" you Smile,
you watch our eyes-
Who do you see?
I hold, embrace my memory
I Keep you Live
My Heart designs
desires
to see you -
not to wait

The Only Car ALight

note:
2:18 AM, September
 I savoured long-hand Writing like never before.
I do so often,
but I feel the Goddess inside the Poem
  may hold extra Gold...

The Only Car ALight

Have you ever sipped wine with your Muse on a train?

Iridescent, amorphous Cloud-Creatures kiss her eyes.
She floats, oblivious to the blinding stormy noise of the train.
She awaits her Muse…
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I met Her inside my Writing.
I boarded a train whose distant, lonely whistle I Nightly hear.
I let myself go...
I smiled at the  fear
til I could see him no more
He became a Stormy petulant Cloud passing...
She arrived on the 2:00 AM Train,
as longhand, I wrote,
in my beloved, spiral-bound notebook.
Her bejeweled right wrist dripped a lacy purple rose,
Ornate delicacy; her clothes fed my mind delicious delight!
I could see her on the silvery silent screen,
My Mind's Theatre, Live!
Her left hand
uncannily clutched
a notebook identical to my own.
She stepped halfway down on dainty bare toes,
offered me a hand,
invited me to dine.
Have you ever sipped wine with your Muse on a train?
She showed me the Secret of One Car aLight...
She & I sipped dark moody old cheer,
Giggled adolescent plots, our Cincinnatti Winters,
 giddy star-beam-ed teenagers…
Her voice purred,
like an eternal 1918 kitten.
Had my MInd forgotten what my Soul recalled? -
I was her playmate, then and now!
She claimed to hold no secrets,
but I cannot believe her;
 reflections of her thoughts fill
this perpetual Theatre, a' shine in my mind,
I hear the picture-house's orchestrated drama;
I see her mouth, exaggerated angst in play -
She propels me straight to my other Times.
I pray she returns ToNight.
If I wear the right garments,
will she confide in me more?
Shall I sing to her, intone soft sisterly caresses;
  project rainbowed Lights
in the dusty attic - voice I've gleamed?
Shall I beseech the Moon?
Hot Cloud Islands dance incandescence
 'round Luna's
funny little face
Please show me, mi'Lady...
the path to find you once more -
I’d gift you my Soul for another audience
but I doubt you'd accept,
as you are a Kind One,
My Lady Muse,
with your huge, dark eyes,
heavy diamonds in ancient kohl;
Please show me how to find you,
elusive. exquisite, divine one,
so I can know more...
....................................
.
I await you, again, my Muse-on-a-Train,
my Notebook to my Heart.
Will you Gift me your smile,
invite me once more to your frothy, floaty, bloody Dark wine,
in TheOnlyCarAlight?
I follow your footsteps...follow...follow...silent, my bare feet...
ssshhhh...
Think I hear the train whistle, foggy platform, frigid Air,
I hear it! She's coming!
The Train's coming! Train! Train! Train!
I am an excited child, then, always and again.
My naked fingers play chords upon
the Moon's Shine in my eyes
Dusty late October Night
Waves whispy Windied finger,
glints Gold in and out of sight
I think I see her in the Mist!
Faint Light traces shapes: her tiny silky feet.
Here is where she boarded!
My feet seek her faery slippers’ shapes in the…
Snow... You've  shrouded the ground!
Mother- how I weep!
Have you ever sipped wine with your Muse on a train?
Throwing Wind ...La Tormenta
I feel you tickle me, your cool soft gaze upon my tiny Being.
I twist to see your arms outstretched
against a bruised violent sky
Augustine green, your waves' delicate swing
suddenly Whoosh!
Rake the Sky, smile at Dusk,
watch the teeny toy world scatter all over
in gleefull screams!
and then!
(HaHaHaHaHa!)
Throwing Wind!
Sadistic smile, your sister's face
As she catapults heavy achey pools of SkyBlood
over the darkening hoardes
We run!
escape on men's wheels and bubbling laughter
laughter tears (hahahahaha!!!!)
laughter bubbling
trembling arms
I look around to see you now,
a furious naked widow,
as you break;
your sister grins
as you fall.
unfinished thought...but I saw this...
a frightened kitten pads on horizons
darker than she knew;
inside her head are Dreams of Lives where Moon plays Sun &
angelfish sleep dirty
in the muck...
blackened tears stain the Water,
 spilled into Homes where freely bubbled joy.
Queens & Kings held court
Babies cried and danced
Creatures we never even knew
Tortured Worlds (working title)
Feels to me like every atom, every cell is a Universe...So many Circles inside Circles, all Touching each other,
at best,
caressing each other...
A separate Universe in your Eyes...
~~~~~~~~~~

Universe in my finger,
warms the Blood of my wine, while
Wildly mourn the scratchy vines,
scream the disappearance! another group of children!!
into the shared ?  "Universe Human,"
a sad noisy joyful cacophony of Wilder World...

You beckon here  before me,
 in a glass, throaty whisper from DreamTime,
Dawning crimson horizon
Ancient thirst -
Down...
gentle kisses wisp the Worlds of my Thoughts,
as you dance around my Mind,
 soothe ached knee's pain,
its Universe of sinew, bone and ache,
another Universe to navigate
in this Heated,
sick wilting World, large lonesome land,

a long heavy lady, Nyx,
smiles faraway up,  with her babies around her,
 Hypnos and Thanatos,
A three-prong-ed NightMare;

She laughs in her Universe on top of Time;
nearer they creep, beneath Night's painted blanket,
Become
 a deeply quilted shroud
for those cells, for those Souls,
 happily frozen, even below deepest Water...
Tortured Worlds.
All.

A cell sleeps in a stain of the sole
of an old painted boot from Guanajuato,
still softly damp -
his Soul backstrokes lazy inside Her Heated SkyBlanket,
Rooted yet to this place
He tries to  view his beloveds,
 to scream their burning Universe;
but they're blinded.
We cannot see him in the haze of Her son, Hypnos,
his sweltering gaze
has transported us… to unquiet Dreams.

Universe in my fingertip,
warms the Blood of my wine, while
Wildly mourn the scratchy vines,
scream the disappearance! another group of children!!
into the shared ?  "Universe Human,"
a sad noisy joyful cacophony of Wilder World...
Universes inside each other,
Tiny Worlds grown large in my eyes,
Universes, all!
They collide in Her Heat;
 percussion waves, stomps.
Tiny teardrops,
Each crystal  holds sweet healing faeries,
dancing like  Moondolls in shaken paper snow
The flakes so Cold, so Real in the Globes of my tongue,
my World-
I’ve paid to be part,
survived to be here
in these frozen burning Worlds

My finger-tip Universe,
I cannot enter you, yet you live in me,
With  the Blood of the wine,  Alive!
 Warm pulsing sound of Her Heart, of mine
I see the Tear,
Sweet little round World
In my Lover’s eye.
His long, slender fingers fold the Mutli-Universed
Dissonant Symphony,
Into  delicate Origami Hearts,
Worlds inside Worlds,  safely quiet now-
Inside the World of  his embrace,
Hypnos may have me til Morn
